Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Allen-Bradley 900-TC16RABU25/B parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Fanuc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Indramat parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Durant product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Fanuc such as the IC693ALG223C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IKS0374 manufactured by Indramat and we are pleased to be able to service most Indramat systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 57750421 by Manufacturer Durant as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Dwyer Brand 16A2150 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Commtech such as 4224ISA equipment made by Commtech have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Commtech products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Commtech" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 154959 made by Allen-Bradley as well as the popular XT4SF original spares produced by Chrontrol

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DC200E200G2000000 by Honeywell and 4224ISA spares by Commtech are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DA1210A601 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Eagle-Signal.
